Art Perez

Program Director

Art Perez has been a follower of Christ since the age of seven and is passionate about our young students knowing Christ. A business owner of 21 years, he has made Corona his home for 28 years where he and his wife of 26 years have raised four sons who all attended schools in the Corona-Norco district. He has an extensive history of working in youth sports for 20+ years as a coach, and president of various leagues in football, baseball, soccer, and basketball. He also is currently the Director of Safety at Living Truth Christian Fellowship.

Tonya Salinas

Assistant Director

Tonya has a true heart for children. She is currently the director of LT KIDS, the children's ministry of Living Truth Christian Fellowship, as well as the director of Allegiant Christian School. Married with four grown sons, her family and the Lord are her greatest sources of joy.

Joan Fica

Teacher Advisor

Joan has made Corona her home for the past 28 years. Both of her children grew up attending schools in the Corona-Norco Unified School District. She taught Sunday school for many years and served for 21 years in Bible Study Fellowship in various leadership positions, including Children's Supervisor. She is very excited to see Released Time grow within the school district.

Jaime Moo

Director of Curriculum

Jaime Moo has been involved with the Released Time ministry for the past 8 years, serving public school students in the Chino Valley. She currently serves as the Director of Curriculum and has authored a 4-year series that brings students through the Old and New Testament, equips them to share the Gospel, and prepares them to defend their faith. Jaime is passionate about helping children grow in their love and understanding of God's Word, and is honored to partner with the Corona-Norco Released Time team to reach the students in this district.
